Deasy Walley Partnership Benchmarking

At Deasy Walley Partnership we are in a position to apply benchmarking methodologies in comparing cost data and solutions against our in-house cost database and industry best practice standards. This includes assessment of projects on a cost /m² or element unit basis (e.g. cost per bed, cost per student, cost per car space etc.). These techniques provide a macro assessment and enable us advise our clients on design efficiencies such as gross to net areas, circulation areas, usable floor areas, wall to floor areas and various other benchmarks. By applying these cost modeling techniques we are in a position to increase efficiencies in design, assist clients in establishing cost limits, assist clients in the verification of budgets, ensure value for money is being achieved and maximise the value of an investment.
